Insurance Needs When Considering Retirement In-Person
Elaine Engleman & Robbie Boyd from The Local Office on Aging will discuss insurance for clients over the age of 65 or on disability and on Medicare. Lois Caliri will do a presentation on enroll Virginia: Insurance for People under the age of 65. They will cover the things that a person needs to consider when thinking about retiring. Such topics as Medicare, the Affordable Care Act, supplemental insurance, prescription drug plans, and what you need to do prior to 65 to start the process.
