Wetland Delineation Hike In-Person
Through the process of a guided hike with hands-on demonstrations along the way, participants will learn what wetlands are, the role they play in our environment, and the basics of how and why scientists determine the boundaries of a wetland. During our guided hike participants will learn to identify hydrophytic vegetation, take a basic soil sample, and will see firsthand examples of wetland hydrology.
